Dr. Hong-Curtis grew up on Long Island in North Hills. She graduated from Yale with a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and received her MD from Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons in NYC. Dr. Hong completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Duke before returning to Yale for a fellowship in Gastroenterology.
Dr. Hong-Curtis joined Connecticut Gastroenterology Consultants in 2003 and is board certified in Gastroenterology. Her practice interests include inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, celiac disease, colon cancer screening, with a focus on women's issues in gastroenterology.
